I've seen some nice versions of the SP with the CR body work.

...but IMO the factory CR body isn't retro enough.

My photo shop skills suck...but see if you guys can imagine what I'm seeing in my head.

I have had a lot of bikes over the years. I had a Taco 22 when I was 6 years old haha. I would like to get a newer BMW or Ducati though. Some of the photos here are really nice bikes!

Crazy idea - clear lexan replaces all sheet metal (including gas tank) you'd have the "Visible Ducati"

This is for sale in the R1100S forum. I've seen better pictures of it over at TriumphRat.net but still it's a damn sweet bike...

Hey Erik!

Yeah it looks like a fighter pilot's helmet. That's probably why I like it, but theres something about it that makes me think it's a modern helmet.

Yes! Found it. Your fighter pilot post gave me the key words I needed to Google the helmet:

You guys are Evil .... I need to save my money for the Porsche build and you have me thinking of a Guzzi project.

If you were going to recreate the "Zagato Guzzi" what would you use for a base bike? I think I would start newer than the old loop frame but...

Must stop thinking about this....)
