I found maintenance parts availability to be better than when I had a 928 - as I mentioned previously, only once did Steve Foley RR/Bentley not have a part on hand, and I got
that part from a dealership in IN. Silver Shadows share parts in common with the Silver Cloud and all of the preceding RR models (Spur, Spirit, and especially the Corniche) so a lot of the parts were in use until the split. There's also the fact that most RRs made are still on the road (supposedly something like 90% of them across the company's history) so demand has kept supply lines strong as well.
Parts from breakers are another story. Body parts to replace damaged or missing bits are nothing short of highway robbery, simply because of that little double-R or winged B stamped on them.
