I Get My Quarry

...Rock Quarry that is. I finally got the brakes fixed on my old International and was able to get some long overdue rock for my road and "bank and run" for sea wall repair.

Man you need to corner weigh that thing! While at it, look at the clearance on the front tires versus the fender! Lower that puppy a bit and get to work on that suspension!

Elephant Racing is developing on some front suspension bushings of the same basic design for the short wheelbase cars/dump trucks. I expect to be a very early customer ...

Hey, it already has three piece five spokes!

Nice truck... always had a thing for trucks, but not the lowered, twenty inch chrome wheel, ten thousand watt thumping, bastardized frealazoid things I so often see driving around Smell Lay.

I wish! V-6 gasoline engine...the truck was not purpose build has a dump track, rather a short haul puller.

I bought it for $500.00 dollars five years ago after hurricane X caused a lot of damage behind my seawall. The cheapest delivery per load of dirt I could get was $50.00...and I needed 75 loads!!! The guy I bought it from helped me with a valve job and the brakes. That has been it.

I have to be honest, I love driving it...the inner redneck surfaces by the time the engine starts

I am a real confirmed sports car driver but years ago a friend of mine loaned me his 1975 Dodge truck with a Cummins diesel engine in it.

Fell in love with it and almost started wearing a baseball cap and chewing 'bacco. Resisted the urge but if I ever get a truck in the future it will not be one of these dinky furrin trucks...
