Looking for industrial property in Charlotte, NC. Any experience?

I know a few of you guys are in Charlotte so figured I'd throw it out there. I'm looking for some centralized industrial property for a mini storage facilities. Perferably close to multifamily or single family home developments. 1-5 acres.

Anyone familiar with the industrail market up there? Rent for a 15' x 15' unit? Amenity preference? A/C? Storage of boats, trailers, etc?

Also, if you are CE I'd be interested in some due dilliegence services.
