Let's start another watch thread...
I'm very excited today to be the new owner of a fine Sinn U2.
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1170888200.jpg Traded this for it to a guy on TimeZone. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1170888231.jpg And here's my old faithful. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1170888256.jpg |
Yeah, Sandy's ring looks gorgeous. ;)

I love that Sinn Rick... I think it was from you that I had first heard of the brand in another thread.

How abot a Heuer Monaco!
Number 00400 when originally released as a limited edition. Then they just started cranking them out in all different styles.
I still love it and get complements all the time. -W http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1170895692.jpg |

What a coincidence- I just bought a new watch today. I am hopeless at close-up photography, so here is a pic from the web. Seiko Sportura SPC 003. Looks way better 'in person'...

I had a U1 for a little while, and didnt like it tho. The U2- thats a quartz movement, no? Stuart |
No, that's not quartz.
These are the specs. Pretty overengineered. http://www.watchbuys.com/Master/SI-121.htm |

Over engineered. Er, yeah. Try not to go the 2000 mtrs.... This is the U1 (from your site). Great rubber strap and clasp, but I wasnt a wrap for it. Stuart http://www.watchbuys.com/images/SinnU1.jpg |
The IWC is on my shortlist too, nice watch.

IWC make beautiful watches. Fleiger chrono and Cal 88 from 1951.
