franken runs for senate
|
I imagine this will follow his success with Air America. (read:toilet)
Franken is just using this for a few more moments of attention-whoring. (or is it a latteral move? ) |
Island, Al Franken is a..........wait for it........he's a COMEDIAN.
So does this make Jay Leno an attention whore? And politicians are not? Or maybe everyone whose image we see in the media is an attention whore? Or maybe it's just "liberal comedians." Which of course, means the same as "comedian." |

And yes, when he said that I laughed hard . .. and to my surprise, he (co-worker) walked off all pissed. So, apperently, old Al, has some followers. (as a politician) Scarey, huh? |
Franken and Limbaugh are just different sides of the coin. Sometimes you laugh with them, mostly you say WTF?
|
has anyone ever bothered to read "Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Liar"
Biggest piece of trash I've ever read. I can't believe the people listen to this guy. rjp |
listen to which one, Rush or Al??

Kinda like the laughter that comes after hitting your thumb with a hammer.

Though I tend to agree with Limbaugh more, I can't stand his theatrics. Often times I find his conclusions correct and his premises way off. |

Politician? Comedian? What's the difference? I watched Bush's press conference today, and he had as many one-liners and jokes as Franken ever did while on SNL.
Maybe both should swap professions. |
I watched that too. Bush is trying hard to soften the bitter bitter self-rightious "reporters."
|
Didn't take much. The reporters are about as ineffectual as Congress.
