I've been watching the hearing these past several days. it's a real life soap opera. but tragic for the parties involved..
the judge is amusing to say the least. the best part is when the Medical Examiner called him yesterday, saying: hey judge, you better hurry up, the body is deteriorating faster than we thought. other than that, my opinion of lawyers has dropped another notch. they know all the little dirty tricks. |

This is why I don't watch TV news of any kind. The OJ Simpson, then Laci Peterson murders did me in, I couldn't take it any more. Now I get my news through online sources and don't have to watch fluff /sports/celebrity "news". I don't care about the latest bimbo/celebrity or latest teen craze or the other BS that passes for news that these sheeple sit and watch!

Okay...
I admit it.... I'M THE FATHER OF THE BABY! One night in Vegas.... too many Mai Tai's... it's all a blur... oh the shame... |
Man I feel sorry for you guys south of the border. You are sooo deprived of decent news and it shows in sooo many ways.
Like was said here. Get a feed from BBC, or CBC- both can be had if you care to look around. Or, if have no other choice, just rely on Jon Stewart for your news. |

CNN is for pinko liberals to get hot to hump someone's leg, as is CBS and so on... |

Try Dawn - Pakistan's leading English language newspaper.. It slants toward islam, but they frequently veer into objectivity. And they cover the major stories of the day without the enormous egos of the fishhacks and "anchors" getting in the way.
And they don't slobber all over celebrities or democrats the way the rest of the MSM does. |

seems like now all attention has shifted to baldy britney

I am confused.
Is she still dead? |
What's wrong with reading your news?
NYT, WSJ, FT, Economist - plenty of news there and hardly an Anna in sight. Online works too. I like Google News, customize it for your own interested. Watching TV pop-news programs and complaining there's not enough real news is like reading People Magazine and complaining there's not enough real news. |

I don't know about you, but I can't read and work at the same time:D |

I do watch him sometimes, but schtick gets old and tiring pretty quick. Just like O'Reilly did. Olberman is pretty much just the left version of O'Reilly, although arguably even more over-baked than O'Reilly. nothing more than "infotainment." Plus, does Olberman EVER have anyone on that even remotely disagrees with his point of view? Even just a lacky or someone weak from the right to just beat up on. His circle jerks with his guests get tiring too. Olberman's raging hard-on for O'Reilly also is an embarassment. I do agree on the Anna Nichole stuff, it has gotten crazy, on ALL those channels. I turn the TV on occassionally to the "news" channels to see if there is any real news, see that same sensationalized crap on ALL the channels, and just turn it off. |

He's not embarassed, len....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!! These guys all make the big bucks.
None of these guys are "real" newspeople. They are entertainers, and each has an axe to grind. Our technology has created the ability for instant communications on a vast scale. Unfortunately, there is not enough actual "news" to fill that vast void. So, we are left with multiple outlets all vying for attention. This results in dilution to a point where no one can tall what the original broth tasted like. |
