Tabs - Family Gun CW

I have looked at many sites and can't seem to get a bearing. The pictures below are a pistol from my wifes family...confederate, probably Maryland. Only mark is "JOB" on the barrel in the third pic (barely visible, supplied for reference position). It was given to us last week by an old relative of hers. I do not think it is valuable, the gun is in rough shape, just interested in origin.
