Most of those interviews were done in Los Angeles, CA....so what the fk do ya expect..it CA for Christs sake..

Maybe so, but where do most folks in LA come from? Out of state. But I agree. Most folks in this country are clueless considering the advantages we have compared to the ROW.

Couldn't say. Maybe so. Unknown if they were residents or tourists. Except for the folks in front of Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood and the gorgeous weather, I couldn't tell where the other interviews took place.

I wouldn't say stupid as much as ignorant. Actually, ignorance is pretty universal; it's just a matter of degree. I would say the ignorance threshold shown is worrisome.

the two california places I saw were the chinese theatre and venice beach

both huge tourist areas, so maybe the people they asked weren't even from Los Angeles.
