Republicans tend to be better educated. I don't care if you don't like that statement, it is documented and true. People who do not graduate from high school tend to vote democrat or don't vote at all.

It's the Democrats getting the educated vote in recent elections. Except for big business types, the Republican appeal is to the religious fundamentalists, who tend to be less educated. Iraq has shifted the Independent vote to the Democrats, and the Republicans will need a Giuliani to broaden their appeal.

Giulani = spent force. His time as a sociofascist crusader has long passed.

Compared to Republicans and Democrats, libertarians tend to be more intelligent. Not just more educated, but able to do more with that education. Based on the current state of the government in America, that much should be obvious.

Of course, since I view georgraphy as a contact sport, I could be biased.

Im not sure intelligence or even education explains the level of ignorance of some people about what lies beyond the borders of the USA. Its certainly not a uniquely American problem, either.
