1. Hillary clinton
2. Barack Obama
3. John McCain
4. Rudy Giuliani
5. Al Gore
6. John Kerry
7. Joe Biden

No argument from me on this list. Way I see it, my only option is to vote (loser) Libertarian if I bother to vote at all.

I heard Kemp say something recently that didn't sound completely insane.

Despite his waffling, I like Mitt Romney. He's a good manager.

I agree with that list except for #8.

He is the only candidate IMO that has promise. (Though I'm curious about your reasoning on him, Pat.)

Why can't Dick Luger run again?

Signed into law a form of socialized medicine for MA, and general support for the Bush'ist foreign policy.

I didn't know he couldn't run again.

This tread is about candidates, not anyone who's eligible.

Excess verbiage. Everyone in America that was born here and is over 35 years of age is eligible.

We don't need a libertarian candidate, because Ron Paul is running.

Since they've changed their platform to Republican-Lite, I really don't care much. I think they've gutted themselves.

Rep. Ron Paul ran on the Libertarian Party ticket once before, and is running as a Republican now. Take a look at him.

Ron Paul, Ron Jeremy, whoever...after Bush the moronic disaster, any candidate looks outstanding to me.

Perhaps this is a sad commentary about me but, having worked inside the Beltway as a congressional liaison for a large government agency, there's not a dime's bit of difference between any of them rendering me largely apolitical.
