The program was done because some people see the chatter about Iran as being all to familiar - they heard it about Iraq first. If you can't learn from history and the truth is buried in lies, how can you make decisions about the future?

Yes. Iran is no threat.

We are much safer to have a motivated, organized theocracy in power who hates us.

Despite the fact that Iran openly declares its intentions to develop nuclear weapons, it is just a ploy to appear strong.

Acting in our own self-interest breeds terrorism.

We must allow other countries to act in their own self-interest, no matter how much discomfort or economic hardship it causes us, in the spirit of maintaing good relationships with countries who want to destroy us.

Head Pentagon officials have recently admitted that intelligence regarding Iran's nuke program is faulty and overestimated their progress.

Interesting assertions, of course none apply to Iran, not even slightly.

I've always been curious to know, would you have advocated an attack upon China or the old Soviet Union if the weapons disparity were similar to the US government today and that of Iran's?

In other words, how murderous are you willing to be in order to satisfy yourself that all suspected or potential enemies are dead?

Even if that were not true, and Iran was putting the finishing touches on a proven warhead just mounted on top of an ICBM of proven accuracy, the US government could not lawfully attack that country.

Israel has at least two hundred and possibly as many as four hundred nuclear weapons, some of which can reach most mideast capitals, yet no one discusses an attack upon Israel by the US government. Why is that? Israel is a genuine threat to its' neigbors, has attacked its' neighbors repeatedly, and threatens to do so again.

A dead horse? The Iraq war is quite likely the most egregious crime the US has inflicted on the world, and no one is taking the fall.

It was the LYING to the grad jury while being investigated for sexual harassment that got him impeached, not the blow job. You can't really be this stupid!!! And no matter what Pat and the liberal say, President Bush was correct about going into Iraq, spend some time with people who have been there and you might understand!!!

Whatever happened to that nuclear clock. When Reagan called the soviets an evil empire or Thatcher invaded the Falklands, the nuclear clock would wind down to one minute to Armegedon.

Now that North Korea has a nuke (do they or don't they) and Iran is working to get one, where is the clock?

If the clock people were really serious, that thing should read about 1 second to annihilation.

When crazies like Kim Jong Il and Ahmenajahd are trying to get their nukes up in the air, how come the nuclear clock freaks aren't screaming about that?
