Hi again guys,
I was debating where to go for a break this year. Always wanted to go see California, heck a few years ago I was toying with moving there! Anyway I think it would be nice to go over the pond and maybe meet a few of the pelican heads that have helped me along the way. Go out and party, see the clubs and some girls! or maybe a nice lady to marry and keep me there ![]() So guess I want you guys to give me some more quality advice, where to stay, eat, which pelican heads are local etc... Thinking of a 14 day stop, I have some family in Sacramento, so a couple of days up that way would be nice. Would also like to go see the guys at Forced Performance as I've done some business with them and they were sterling fellows, be nice to put a face to the name/voice. Actually thinking about it now I cant remember if they were in California though ![]() Many thanks in advance Andy

If you're planning on being in the Los Angeles area, let us know. I'm sure we could put together a spirited Mulholland run for you!

When are you planning this trip?
You could catch the classics here in Monterey at Laguna Seca.

Hi guys,
been crazy busy the past week at work, 14 hour shifts leave little time for the internet! End of august, begining of september i guess. A friend of mine has just returned from a 5 day business trip ti CA, he said it was rife with blond women. Is this correct? cheers Andy

Yes, especially southern California for the blonde women. I'd fly to LA or San Francisco and drive the Pacific Coast Highway either up or down. A couple of days if you're not in a hurry. Stop in Monterey, Hurst Castle (not like YOUR castles, but cool anyway).

Andrew,
Here are four prior threads: ”Coming to America!“ ”Going Home... Thanks for the Hospitality!“ ”Help me plan a cross-country trip“ ”Road Trip“ You might do some internet job searching is you want to try and move. Planning interviews will go a long way toward success. I do some searching for you if you want. Guys, what is the CA track & event schedule for Aug/Sept? I’ll be in San Diego and LA in late June and early July for the Parade and visiting Porsche stuff in LA. Best, Grady

Blond women?? ANY of the beach cities in SoCal, so many it is scarry. Very small bits of clothing. And, when you go to the beaches here, you will forget all that propaganda that the US is full of fat women. You will see more great bodies, really nice tan bodies. Not like going to a park in London on a sunny day.
