Not tonight deer, I'm a little bit horse

On the too sick to be true scale, this one is over the top. You'd think getting caught once would make you consider self-castration. This loser seems to need an audience and enjoys making headlines with his gross perversion.

That case received some notoriety in legal circles up here. The guy challenged his charge on the grounds that sex with a dead animal is no longer beastiality because the animal is dead and the state no longer has a reason for prohibiting the act because nothing can hurt an animal that's already dead. I am very pleased to see that argument got exactly the attention it deserved.

"It's disturbing to the public, it's disturbing to the court"....

Imagine the "disturbance" to the animal?!

Sickazz mofo's. Jeez, its incredible. What I REALLY worry about? What about the (few I hope) people out of 300 million of us that are JUST smart enough to not get caught doing all sorts of unimagineable things. I think screwing a dead deer or horse is (no pun intended) just the tip of an iceberg!

Wasn't that the guy whose eyes were spaced apart about as wide as most folks ears? I think I remember seeing a picture of him.

If the charged crime was "mistreatment of an animal," hmmm, he did seem to have a decent defense to that particular charge (depending on the specific wording of the statute, but my guess would be it involved animal cruelty, and did not contemplate mistreating an animal corpse).

I bet that state has a new statute on the books next year.

Is there a term for beastiality & necrophilia at the same time?

Sick and wrong...
