All the sounds were awesome until the "tunnel" where it switched to the modern high pitch. But still great.

As far as I am concerned, ALL the sounds were beautiful, including the high pitched wail of the modern car.

Thanks for posting that! I loved it.

I absolutely love the sound of the third engine, but the modern engine sounded great too.
I wonder how many of us have actually listened to an modern F1 engine at full song and 20,000 rpm in person, real life, not in TV.
I'd bet that the majority of us have not.
It is overwelming.

What? I can't hear you...just heard an F-1 engine go by, and I didn't have my shooting muffs on. My bad...I hope I can hear you in a day or two...

Ditto, they are all great, blonde, brunette or redhead, why pick one when they are all great.

Right on Sam! I went to the USGP in '99, the first year it was back (I think it was '99 anyway), and was blown away by the sound of those cars. TV does not do them any justice at all. In the clip, you'll notice how everybody at the beach looked startled when they heard it. If you're not ready for it, it is startlingly loud.

I love it.

That sound is just haunting to me.

The shot of an inboard disc brake smoking is a nice touch

That was a fantastic 2 minutes. How do I capture that feeling in a toy car?

I wish they'd publish the outtakes. I'd take 10 minutes of raw footage as long as the sound was good.
