Are air fresheners unhealthy?
Parent's house smells like Glade air freshener. She uses those plug in types - 3 in an 1800 sq ft house. I get headaches when I'm in there unless I crack windows open. They say I am just too sensitive because of my allergies. I say those air fresheners are more like air pollutants. Does anyone know if a study has been done concerning possible hazards?

Any scent solvent or particulate can be an irritant. I'm with you, sometimes it can give me a headache.

Our place is the house of wax. Wife has scented candles everywhere. I can understand the one in the bathroom, but they are all over.
Instead of the old tupperware parties, it's now candle parties. |

Try and enjoy a nice hoppy beer with one of those scented candles burning. It is disgusting.

Potpourri is worse. Ugh. In the bathroom is fine, but first time my wife started to "expand the borders" with that stuff, I fired up four incense burners. An armistice soon ensued.
