Anybody do their own transmission fix on WJ Grand Cherokee?
Wife's '01 JGC tried to leave her stranded tonight. Slipped in 'D' then managed to limp home in '2'. Some reading online leads me to think this may be a governor solenoid (IIRC) as the check engine light is also on.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Thank you- Erik
