what a huge PITA!

watch out for penalties for not registering on time. there is a document you have to sign that states YOU NEVER DROVE VEHICLE during that time frame until now. this doc will fore-go all penalties and save you some bucks.

also i did BOTH vehicles for 2 years. hahahahahaha LMFAO!
