Idol sucks

Are YOU kidding me?

Melinda is the best one they have ever had out of all the shows.

I'm done with that show.

I watched it last year cause I liked Chris Daughtrey.

I watched it this year because I think Melinda is awesome. Every performance was dead on.

Can't stand Seacrest, Paula is a bim and Randy is a name dropping tool.

I actually respect Simon because he is the only one that tells the truth.
His comments are more valuable to their futures than the other two.

I left after Sangina.

My wife is watching it in the other room and is as shocked as you. I think she looks like Shrek and until these past 2 episodes looked terrible. Its not only about singing it about the whole package.

Its all a waste of time anyway, after the Sangina deal it was obvious America really does not make the decision. There are already reports that votes are tampered with.

AMERICAN IDOL is one of the saddest things in recent memory. More people vote for this show weekly than vote for the President of the United States...

Thinking about it, aren't all these pop stars just pretty faces that are owned by corporations, with all their music composed and lyrics written by a company like the old HARDY BOYS novels? So, millions of people vote every week for which fresh new face they want to represent their force-fed, manufactured pop crap.

I guess it's more like the Presidency than I originally thought...

The president votes are fixed too, but you did not hear it from me.

For the record I never voted for Sangina, my wife wouldn't let me, she got pissed when I suggested we vote for it. (Sangina)

Vote for the Wost.com cracked me up and I thought they had a good thing going.

CJ- What your forgetting is many many voters vote multiple times, in some cases 10-150 times each. Its not seperate votes for 1 person each.

I highly doubt more Idol voters dial in than for the president.

They might -- as a matter of fact, I would be willing to bet that more people vote for the finals than do for the president... but don't forget, 13 year old girls can vote en masse for AMERICAN IDOL...

The show just started on the west coast, "live". Are you saying it's not "live" and you've already seen it?

No "spoiler warning"... D'oh!

Bummer. I thought you were talking about this guy:

Proud to say I've never watched the show, nor will I.

It would seem that a better way of doing the "voting" on this show would be to have people vote on who they thought was the WORST, not the BEST. That way, the person with the MOST votes get booted.

That is the reson I started to watch, the obvious worst was Sangina and one week we was in the top 3 then next voted off.

Now stories about vote fixing are popping up over and over.
