FWIW... I find Internet dating somewhat bizarre although it is very productive way to meet people.

In the real world you are attracted to someone and then you get together to see if you are compatible.

In Internet dating you find someone who is compatible and then get together and see if your attracted to each other.

Never... never... never... tell your girlfriend about PPOT. :D

My brother met his wife on an Internet dating service, sorry, don't remember which one. I tired a video dating service many years ago, prior to the Internet, and it didn't work for me. I think these work for some people, but necessarily all. If it doesn't work for you, that doesn't mean it's you.

Well, here's the latest:

She answered my e-mail, said my guess was wrong (with a lol), and said her name is April. She said I sound like a nice guy, and she gave me her cell-phone number. She has today off, so she's going kayaking on a local lake to see the baby ducks. We have a coffee date on Sunday. I'll try not to misbehave.. much.

You guys rock. :D

Met my great girlfriend on Myspace actually. Tried a couple other things, but they were far to formal for my style. (As formal as Internet dating could be I suppose)

On Myspace, I just e-mailed and talked to various people with interesting profiles.

The actual intro to how it all worked out was one of those survey things.

I wrote her and said that it looked like we'd end up on the same level of hell together, and maybe she'd want to get a coffee sometime if we ran into each other down there. After a few e-mails we decided to move the timeframe up. :)

doesn't matter, i can smell a fruitcake a mile away and for some reason those are the ones i get drawn too...

getting a fruitcake is not to much trouble, but to make it work without turning fruitcake yerself, that's something i haven't figured out

Only problem with Myspace is it is mostly for teens, 20's & 30's... anything past that and your the creepy old guy (even 30 something might be pushing it).

Not that there is anything wrong with that.;)

One of the wierdest GFs I ever had was a reject from a lesbian friend of mine. Kind of a VERY kinky person who was fun. I'd get banned for life for some of those stories...

Seriously, do you belong to a church? Many nice, single, respectable young ladies there!!!

Re-met my wife at a D&D game with some friends. We new each other years previous as I went to school with her older sister. Come to think of it, most of my childhood friends are married to the people we all new in school or who were related to the people we knew in school. Strange.

Good call! I met some dirty/horny little spankers at church. After getting what I wanted, I'd pose the same question..."What about all that "no pre-marital" sex stuff that's in the bible?"

They would hem/haw and give some half-assed answer about their needs or how they are a sinner just like everyone else, blah, blah, blah...

Danny-Ocean...The Big Bad Wolf

You are a funny devil....I guess when your done exploiting those impressionable little Mary Magdelans and mopping up... thats time to really offend them and show your gratitude. Atleast thats a way to keep them away in the future and ruining your next gig....I like it...I was never sure if I should do that..Because you never know how long a dry period might be... You might want to recycle a few...get me...

scottmandue 05-26-2007 08:27 AM

Yep. She's the one who taught me not to believe in all that religious hocus-pocus.

Are you kidding me? This is the Bible Belt! There's a freakin' church on every corner. I'll be old and gray before I run out of "god-fearing" skanks to lay...

scottmandue 05-26-2007 08:35 AM

nostatic 05-26-2007 08:37 AM
