randy randy randy randy randy....
come on man.... You know that's WAY too broad (heh heh, I said Broad) a statement for a "technical" post !!!! We need to narrow down the specifics to answer the question... i.e. if the said "Big Hair" were tailored to a "BeeHive", That would result in low-drag at the trailing "tip".... You'd still have the face, probably wearing a stylish pair of ol' horned-rims producing drag though, but you asked about hair... Where-as the June Cleaver look... (Ooooooo, Mrs Cleaver you naughty minx...) sorry, I digress.... with anywhere from 1.5 - 3 cans of O-Zone depleating hairspray in it (that's the Big-"O"- Zone, heh heh) could feasibly have such a high coefficient of drag to limit top speed on, say a 935 (if you had a 935 cab.) to 80/90 mph.... I think I need a cup of coffee...

How about this for a technical question. Does the color pink make a car go faster?.......

Dunno - the "Panthera" looks like a kit car somehow. Something tells me VW beetle chassis based.......in which case, it deserved whatever paint scheme was headed for it...

Its not a kit. It was for sale for a while at PMI Motorsports in Anaheim (Pantera specialists - if you are a fan of the big cats, check them out). I believe that it was someones idea of a show car in the mid - late 80's. It would be a great car in another color.
