Question Magnum Research BABY DESERT EAGLE

In .45, anyone ever handle one of these? Good, bad, ugly?

Thumbs up

I use to have a 357 Desert Eagle, cool gun, but big.

The few Desert Eagles I've seen have had loading problems but that might have been some issue with handloaded ammo (.44 mag).

It never jammed, but I only used it at the range or on our property. I was never in a shoot out, so I guess I really never tested it

They are big and bulky but seem to shoot fine. Had a friend who owned one.

Had the .44 mag. Best firearm I owned. I don't recommend low quality bullets, they will jam in the DE

Don't know about the Baby Eagle, but I have the full size DE in .50AE. Two words for you... LOVE IT! I have shot a couple different manufacturers factory loads, along with a whole lot of my own reloads, and have never had a jam (over 2000 rounds put through it). Of course, I am kinda anal when it comes to cleaning my weapons.
