Spinervals Videos?
I am trying to get back into cycling after an 8 yr break. My obligations restrict me from training on the road until the second week of August and I don't want to put it off any longer, so I thought I would try an interval video to get my lungs back.
Have any of you have used the Spinervals training videos? Could you recommend one? I am looking at 1.0 "No Slackers" and 1.0 "Autumn Ride", good choices?

I've used the 1.0 No Slackers. I liked it very much but no substitute for actually getting out. I'll only use it now if I can't ride outdoors or go to SPIN classes. Gets lonely riding on my CycleOps.
Make sure you have a fan blowing at you. I sweat my a$$ off the first time I followed the program. |

Yeah, I wish I could get out, but can't until August.
Is the "coach" in the video the same guy that was in the Cyclops video? That was a great training aide, I have the copy that came with my trainer but it is in VHS format.

I bought my CycleOps trainer off eBay but it was new and I didn't get a video with it. Right away I bought the Spinervals because I couldn't stand riding the trainer while just watching ESPN.
