Try saving the file as a JPEG file. Or save the screen by hitting the PrtSc button and then paste in PAINT. That file could be saved as a JPEG.

Often Acrobat allows selecting a portion of the pdf as an image as well.
What do you want to do, a whole pdf, or only a piece of it. You can't post the pdf in pdf format. You'll have to change it to jpg or gif or something like that.
