no joke .Pontiac sells 25 Azteks in 2007

i wonder if they all went to the same buyer, and how much they went for.

How do you find out which dealers still have new ones in inventory?

I remember they gave one to a contestant on the Survivor TV show for winning a challenge. I was thinking it must suck to be him.

The main character in "Breaking Bad" drives a pale green one. Part of the humor in it, I think.

I don't disbelieve that. Bob Lutz made it a personal mission to kill the Aztek.

Much like the Prius I actually get angry when I see one of these. I know it doesn't make any sense and it's probably a hint at a character flaw of mine or something but I seriously get angry at the sight of them. Weird.

Why that may be true, I don't Bob Lutz is to blame for the death of that vehicle.

I remember one of Bob Lutz's first interwies, shortly after accepting his GM position, a jurnalist asked him what he thought about the Aztek. In his usual calm "matter of fact" voice he replied something like this:
" see the Aztek is like.....like that little ugly puppy you had as a kid. Everybody thought it was ugly but you loved it because it was yours.....

Any time the concept of "design by commitee" is brought up, the Aztec should be the counterpoint. Should end that argument rather quickly.

I love this consumer review from edmunds

Just bought this '02 Aztek, and I love it.The dealer gave me a great deal on it, since he thought it was so ugly, he didn't want it on his lot. http://www.edmunds.com/pontiac/aztek/2002/consumerreview.html

I'm interested in that car. I need an airport car, something that will sit for 3 weeks at a time, and then drive 25 miles to my crashpad. And the next day it will drive back the 25 miles.

Problem: I currently have a '97 Jetta GLX for this duty. This isn't a good idea
First of all, the mid-'90's VW product is a problem waiting for a place to occur. These cars are pieces of sh/t, and I mean to tell you that they are SH/T. Did I mention that these are SH?T? Sorry, if you are insulted by my profanity, but $2200 worth of repairs on three separate occasions with this "Christine" of a car tells me that it hates me. This thing is junk, I should sell it to a sucker, and and then "crow" about how I unloaded a pile of excrement on someone's face.

YES...it is that bad! Acceptance of that stupid car is....well, an acceptance. If you buy it then you deserve.

You get the idea!

N!
