5th from the end of the B I U line is the box you are looking for. Then put in the addy. Should show something like this...
 To everyone, go ahead and take the opportunity to upload pictures to Pelican with this thread if you like. Then copy the url for the picture location that you get back (in your reply to this thread) directly into your new post. You may also do as I mentioned above if the pic is at another location, it works the same.
