Didn't see this posted,, but here's a petition against the oppressive fine system recently inacted in your state..

I signed that two weeks ago, I think. And I'm happy that the numbers are growing.
 It seems that the state legislature didn't think this one all the way through, since all 140 seats are up for re-election in a few months and a lot of people are pissed about this law. I also read an article that said that Front Royal was going to consider defying the state law and not issue the fines for some of the offenses. BB.
