Search Forum Shuts down my browser..

Not a computer wiz by any means, when I go to search for something Safari quits. Annoying to say the least! Anyone out there can help me? My G/F is the tech in our house and is outta the country right now..... Don't say: "Do a Search"

I get the same thing on Safari. Works just fine on Explorer, Netscape, or Firefox, though.

Did the same thing to me, it's not your box at least. Must be a glitch in the new Pelican SW.

OK. But nothing else on the web seems to shut down my Safari browser. I do like the new SW, BTW, but I also like to search sometimes.

I've been using Safari 3.0.3 for a few days here with no problems. I'm running the debugger and showing user agent as FireFox 2.0.0.4 - not sure if this makes a difference though. FWIW. Best, Kurt edit: What are you specifically doing in Safari at the exact time of the "shut down" and is it repeatable? Last edited by kstar; 08-07-2007 at 10:31 PM.. | ||
