Need help with a smoking car

My Nissan Altima has 188000 mile on it but was running well when I parked it 1.5 years ago. It has been out in the weather. I need to get it out of my yard, so i put about 1 tbs of oil in each cylinder & cranked it over. It started right up and smoked like crazy as expected, but I've run it for several miles now and it is still smoking. I also have a tapping sound near one of the cylinders. Not sure if it's a valve issue.

So what could go wrong in an engine that has been sitting outside for a 18 months that would cause a non-smoking car to begin smoking?

Thanks.

Run it a good 50 miles, drop in some Slick 50 high mileage treatment, then see where your at.

Run some "Seafoam" in thru the brake booster intake line, it will smoke like hell for 15 minutes. Pour the rest in the crankcase, drive for awhile and then change out the sparkplugs. Change the oil about 100 miles later and see if that takes care of it.
