one of the all time greats. too bad they went down the toilet with the last release though.

The first time I saw them was at the Greek w/Run DMC...in 1986 or 7.

dave maybe i missed one? last i saw was the 'we'd like to profit from the events of 9/11/01 too' CD. white cover w/ drawing of NYC, don't recall the title. it was horrible.
Licensed to Ill, Pauls Boutique, etc. were great creations. the CD w/ the sardine can cover sucked and it's been crap since IMO. major shame though it's neat that they continue to evolve with every release.

I saw them live in '98 or so, best concert I've ever seen. They were on stage for over an hour, and there wasn't a single hit they didn't play. Awesome show.

I found out that my friend opened for them at Greek Theatre this weekend. DJ Peanut Butter Wolf for those interested.
