it occasionally happens that i get bored, then a tune out for a month or so, just checking minimally, and then, just when i think i'm out, they pull me back in!

I never get bored with this site. Tons of good information, and lots of interesting OT stuff. I can always find something to look at when I should be working.

I dont get bored with the OT board, always something to read. I dont look at the tech side all that often because my car runs great. I love the random pics, videos, and all the P-car pics. I usually visit each day to check in.

I am not always posting, but I am constantly lurking. There are some amazing and knowledgeable people on this BBS. I have met several pelicanites and as of yet have never been disappointed. Great site, and yes it does seem that even the OT board is even going through a 'phase' of some sorts.

so thats what ive been feeling?? you may be on to something milt. the place seemed to lose some luster when JO lessened his frequency....

actually i get bored with OT but the tech forum and parts for sale forum are fantastic. also read the engine rebuilding forum.

Check it once a day. Very little new material or anything that will change the world.

The BS bickering and lobing of bombs back and forth over the fence is too predictable and pretty immature, it's the same individuals all the time and nothing ever comes of it so WTF is new? This is not going to get them banned and shouldn't. Guess, it's just human nature. It's just ridiculous that they can't be a little more constructive but no, their just working on the post count.

I suppose as we get closer to the elections the ***** will hit the fan and things will be like the old days. Just give it some time.

What will the libs do when they don't have Bush to dump on? Then it will get really boring, oh no forgot, they'll just change the name and keep bashing.

ive been on now a coupla years now and have enjoyed all angles.........well w/exception of getting burned on some items i had for sale.

but what i enjoy most is just about all the people here have been helpful. never had to put any on delete. coupla have pissed me off but where else can you go that you have coffee running out yer nose at 430am!

i have meet quite a few friends local and on the other end of the planet. ive had the porsche addiction since 15-16. and at 16 i was working for porsche and it hasnt left. the group i hang with at the track is wonderful, and i throughly enjoy engine tranny drops. hell someday im gonna need help.

im an avid reader and really dont chime in much unless i have a good knowledge of the subject. but as w/anything, sometimes things here are wayyyy over the top and its fun to gang up. malibuexec........i thank you so very much! that one ranks up there!

all of the pelican folk i have meet in person have really been a blast. none of us know everything there is to know about these cars. but w/a group like this anything can be solved.

there will someday be a satuaration point of knowledge here and the "search button " will apply for just about everything questioned, because someone has been there done that .

but in the meantime i will throw dumbass questions i have out there and enjoy the feedback good or bad. theres nothing better than knowing the answer before you start tearing in to something and knowing what to look for or how to make it idiot-proof or bullet-proof.

i only want to do it once...........and the RIGHT WAY!

but i highly doubt i will ever get bored with subscribing to my daily dose of "RANDOM 911 PICS"..........aint nothing better!

U should know by now, Mother is so used to my failure she expects it.

Let's not forget about some of the greats....Roland Kunz (where did you go man???), EarlySman (still pops up now and again), Bill Verburg, and the list goes on. Other greats will appear though.
