Cartoon Cats

There are lots of cartoon cats. No disrespect to the others like Top Cat, Garfield, Heathcliff etc but the two best known are Tom and Silvester. Which is your favourite and why............... I vote for Silvester as he seems both more cat like and has more human qualities. The cartoons are less slapstick and I don't like Tweety

There are at least 2 versions of Tom. It looks like you've posted an early Tom.

Noah, I think you are doing great disservice to Hobbes. he's a ferocious man-eater, a tiger. i miss him so.

My vote is for Silvester because he looks a little like my pet cat.

Outside the poll I like Hobbes. I'm waiting for my boxed set of the cartoons right now:

Another vote for Hobbes... he's deep...

And I read somewhere the Tom was secretly ghey.

Not that there is anything wrong with that

As long as we are talking about cats.

Hey now... no mention of THE GREATEST CARTOON CAT... EVER?

Do any of those other cats have a Mars rock named after them?

Felix the Cat, Top Cat both are cooler than either one of those tossers

How about the x rated cat, what was his name again, maybe he was Felix too?

God, how I miss "Bloom County". Best comic strip if there ever was one.
