Ahh sawzalls, there are even blades for cutting ceramics, brick and cinder blocks.

My friend and I chopped a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 800 sqft wood frame house into 3'x2' chunks
with my 18v dewalt sawzall and 7 hours. The entire house was dumped in trash bags and sent out with the garbage.

30 years ago, while in college I cut the roof off of a house with a sawzall to add a second floor, we jacked the roof up and put the second floor on the house. The guy had just put a new copper roof on the house a year or two before and didn't want to trash it.
