One very cold night in the middle of the desert, the herder set up his tent and left his camel outside. After a while the camel poked his head inside and said "it's so outside, and there is plenty of room in here. Couldn't I just put my little head inside the tent for the night?" to which the herder agreed. After a while, the camel said "my front legs are so cold and there's still plenty of room in this tent. Couldn't I just leave them inside for the night?" to which the herder agreed. etc.... ... ...

It was just a matter of time. I'll be sadly awaiting pearls of wisdom from those of you who think commerce and profits are a GREAT way to regulate. Just let folks make as much money as they CAN, however they can, and relax in the comfortable certainty that peoples' needs are best served this way. The 'net is certainly going to illustrate whether or not this very simple conclusion is correct.

But Supe, the fast pipe could be used to sell, track and regulate carbon credits. Wouldn't that be great?

Happiness and security (and information from the Internet) should only go to the highest bidders. Now, if we could only privatize the atmosphere..........
