A better bluetooth earpiece?

I have the blackberry pearl - and I am on either my 3rd or 4th motorola bluetooth earpiece.

They are made like crap = each time the plastic breaks at the ear connection -

So can anybody recommend a better quality earpiece? I use mine daily 2 hours plus - so comfort, weight, etc are important.

Been thinking about a Jawbone. Heard awesome things about the noise cancelling tech in it. Have tried it on and it's comfortable as he11. My b-in law has one and says it's not that sturdy but they have a great warranty and they just send him a new one if he needs it.

Thumbs up

After my 3rd Motorola fuch up on me (it was a PITA, hard to turn on, connect, ect) I picked up a planetronics 640E, it was on the 1/2 table at Office Depot. Well, I would be thrilled it I had paid full price, this thing works great!!!

I have a Motorola, the sound quality is terrible. Don't get me stared on my wife and I's Moto cell phone. POS, both of them.

Anyone else ever had someone start talking to you, and when you reply they look at you like you're an idiot? Then you notice the earpiece...........

Yup. W/ discount for using google shopping, it was something like 30 bucks. It rocks compared to the moto.

It's made by Apple, but it should work with any BT device. It's small, comfortable and stays put pretty well.

I have a Motorola HS850 (I think that's the model) and it's nice, but it's simply not loud enough.

With the plantronics, I had to turn the volume DOWN, 1st time that has ever happened with anything to do with a phone I'm deaf as a door knob And it is comfy too

Well, I'll soon have that $100 Steve Jobs owes me... they have several BT headset models on their page, including a couple Plantronics. They have the Jawbone, and the noise reduction tech sounds pretty good. If the VOLUME is adequate, I might go with that.

I haven't decided yet... I may not even bother getting another headset!

I've got one and I like it a lot.
Very comfortable and the sound quality is pretty good. I don't use it 24/7, but I've had good results when in use.

I just wish it had more standby time as I keep forgetting to charge it, so when I need it, it's dead.
