Collier Museum WebSite

Does anyone know if the Collier Museum in Naples Florida has an official (or even unoffical) WebSite?

I haven't run across the site. There are a few Baron Collier Museus in SW FL.

Did you ever think of trying a Google search for "Collier Museum in Naples Florida"?

Go ahead, give it a try. You won't break the Internet.

That's a good idea, but how does one find this "Google" web site?

Is there is good search method to help me find it?

Best,

Kurt

Hi Paul,

I HAVE TRIED TO GOOGLE IT. THERE IS NO MENTION OF IT ON GOOGLE. Note that there are a lot of Collier Museums in Naples, but they are all Collier County Museums, devoted to the history of Collier County.

Jeez, some guys think some other guys are so dumb. If you are so smart, you try to Google it, and let us all know if you found any Official Website for the Collier Automotive Museum. If you do, I would be very happy to apologize.

My original questions was in good faith, after a long search through many of Google's offerrings, and nothing came up.

Can we just all get along?

Had you been clearer with your request, perhaps my reply would have been more helpful. There is a big difference between the Collier Museum and the Collier Automotive Museum.

My apologies for interpreting your request according to what you wrote.

Doesn't look like they have a site. It's a private collection not open to the public, so I can see why they wouldn't have one.

Private collection, BUT.... I happen to know that if you are a member of the 356 Registry, and a member of the FOG (Florida Owners Group), a get together happens at the Collier place once or twice a year... No pics of the inside allowed tho - insurance reasons, etc.

yes the place is hard to walk in to
but as it is the second best P car collection [ after the factory]
and a whole lot of other cars too
it is well worth the effort to get in to see the cars
I got in with a group from Atlas F-1 site thanks to Doug Nye

maybe our fearless leader here could get us a group tour
