Tonights Dinner

So tonight I decided on Grilled Tequila Shrimp & Carne Asada Tacos. Add in some Patron Silver Margs and you are set!

The shrimp and steak were marinated in a citrus, garlic & tequila mix. Fresh mashed avocado lined the white corn tortillas with fresh cabbage and grilled chiles. The quesadilas were grilled also.

Margs are made with Patron Silver, fresh lime juice, a little Agave Nector, shaken then poured and topped with a splash of Grand Marnier and lime slice.

Familia Partida anejo will be consumed later.

Hmm, looks good. My menu looks like either cereal or frozen Lean Cuisine. Ah, bachelorhood.

Todd, my wife says you killed the shrimp.

Thanks guys. It was a great little dinner. Kids love the Mexican food. We sat out on the deck till about 10 with the kids just telling stories and sitting by the fire. Love the family time.

Todd, thats my wifes plate and she does like the salt.

Trek, your quesadilla thread the other week got me thinking about posting this kind of stuff.
