newb laptop question
What componant is this?
The door has a "C" on it. The memory door is the closed one in the center. It has an "M" on it If it helps it's a dell inspiron 5100 Thanks!

That was it!
That was really helpful, thanks I downloaded that manual too. This broken laptop was just given to me, I figured it would be worth fixing since I don't own one.

It's more than just wireless, you can use any mini-pci card in that slot, blue tooth, etc...
