				Anyone on Joost

Anyone played with Joost yet? http://www.joost.com/ In the very near future, thanks to the guys who developed Kazaa and Skype, there will be no cable any longer, as all of the television shows will be available on the internet. If anyone on the PPOT has an invite left, would love to try one.

Rick, Anyone who travels would really appreciate this. I use slingbox now and view TV from overseas but Joost makes it even better.

OK, So let's make a deal. Anyone that gets an account has to share. You get 3 invites. Use 2 to invite Pelicans and the 3rd to invite yourself at a secondary email address so you get 3 new invites. What do you think?

Sounds like a plan. Thanks guys. I'll share in turn. Joe, I've turned a few friends onto Slingbox. I agree, this is much more portable.

I'd like to try it too if anyone can spare an invitation. cokeefe a_t omsoft d_o_t com There was a big writeup in Wired two months ago about the technology. Fascinating stuff. They've come up with a way around having to install infinite bandwidth for servers if they take over the world (unlike YouTube/Google). Like next-generation Torrents.
