Tobra, you only have personal liberties up to the point where they don't infringe on the rights of others. If you want to smoke in your apartment , you should be able to but also be responsible for the smokey air you are putting out. Seems you would like the liberty without responsibility.

How does that apply to farting in an elevator? How much time should you get for that? Search the Bill of Rights for me & point out where it says you, or anybody else has a right to not be offended! And as far as that second hand smoke crap, I will show beyond a shadow of a doubt that no real proof exists of it's danger. I can go in Harrah's with a cigar between every finger. No one will say a word. If there was any real proof that SH smoke is dangerous, 10,000 ambulance chasing lawyers would be suing Harrah's on behalf of employees, forced to work in such a dangerous environment. Let me know when you hear about the first victorious law suit for this OK?
