 I have been a little out of touch.... There was a deal where a couple of this guys LA Cityscapes done in the mid 50s were going to into LACMA..... but are being offered for sale insead.

It's OK , has charm but I sure wouldn't pay 40 grand for some Cezanne ish post - post impressionist post cubist slightly Soutine euro/ west U.S. school work.
Someone really paid you 40 grand ? ! WOW - you did good with that one. I could do that type stuff in my sleep. And wouldn't need the #'s.
