Vick's life circling the drain
Man, this guy had the world swinging from his nuts about 3-4 months ago.
Now it's all caving in on him. He's $36k overdrawn at the bank, the Falcons are going after his $22M bonus, he's defaulted on loans totaling about $6M, and they're going to neuter his dogs. And now, it's not just the feds, but state and county prosecutors want a piece of him. Can it get any worse for this guy? If he didn't already have herpes, I would say maybe he'll catch a horrible disease and hit for the tragedy cycle. Vick's trying to make it all fall apart at a much faster pace than OJ. At least OJ got to enjoy a good part of his life. Both are scum.

OJ's wasn't even close to as big or bad implosion as Vick's.
Some would argue that OJ's wasn't much of an implosion at all, but an actual victory. He murdered two people and got away with it. He had a multimillion dollar civil judgment entered against him, of which maybe $10,000 has been collected. He's a bigger hero than ever to many people. He's lived an entire life of wealth and getting away with whatever he wants. He's an old man now. His lifestyle now is not as good as it would have been had he not murdered, but it's not a huge difference - nothing like the difference in Vick's life. Vick is a young man, just starting out, with almost unfathomable wealth and fame on the line, all of which is now completely gone. |
