Where to rent a Maserati in Italy?
We (the wife and 2 kids and I) are going to Italy next July, and will rent a car for one week. We'll pick it up and drop it off in Florence. I could rent a boring little Euro-econo-box, but for a few hundred extra dollars, why not tour Tuscany in true Italian style?
So I'd like to rent a Maserati Quattroporte. It's the only Italian exotic car I know of that will comfortably accommodate the four of us. I searched the net, but came up empty. Does anyone know from whom or if I can rent such a beast?

By comparison, a MB C220 cdi, whichs sells for about $70,000, rents at $205 per day out of Florence. The Mazerati, which sells for about $120,000, rents for about $1200 per day.

You'd have to rent the Fiat for your luggage anyway...

When we were in Italy this summer, we rented a car out of Florence. Booked online with EuropeCar at the airport. Alfa Romeo 156. I liked it a lot, handled pretty darn well for a break (aka station wagon), swallowed all our stuff, and was an authentic Italian car.
