Baja 1000 2007
well we have been given our mission and we have accepted!
baja 1000 starts nov 13 2007 from ensenada o-dark-thirty. we will be taking the intrepid "DOOLIE FROM HELL" on yet another expedition into der hinterlands. our mission is to stand around, give advice, take pictures, and do anything our compadres ask of us! as usual...........we will do just that! the "NO DRINKING LIGHT WILL BE ON FROM DAWN TO DUSK!" mi amigos are running their "1" car after many months of careful testing/evaluation/ and mass quanities of CASH SPENT and many a sleepless nights. taking g/friend on first ever visit to muy bonito messiko. she will either love it or hate it! once again i deflower another baja virgin! hahahahaha. leaving sunday for my buddies place at petes campo north of san felipe(san flippy), monday eat like pigs/drink like pigs/ and generally relax. tuesday up at 3am for drive to JAMU which is KM 109. will catch bikes blasting thru and then wait a few hours for trophy trucks and "1" cars and then sit back til my other amigo in class 7S comes thru and maybe wait for the 11's and then split back to san flippy for another evening of mega camerones un cerveza's. split back home wed at noon. from safeway down the street from my house to san flippy doing 85 in the u.s. and pinning the throttle in the straight sections south of mexicali, we should arrive at petes campo in roughly 7.5 hrs to 8.5 hours after leaving phx. anyone interested in meeting in JAMU, yell back w/description of vehicle and we will look for you. cant miss 1998 chev k-3500 "FROM HELL". az. plated. more lights on it than most race cars. white with cab high shell and BFGOODRICH down the sides. JAMU IS A FAST AND FURIOUS POINT ON THE COURSE THAT WILL GUARANTEE EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE ABOUT BAJA! TOTAL INSANITY! Last edited by charleskieffner; 10-19-2007 at 08:01 AM.. |
