Have to admit, I was a bit nervous considering Fint & I don't exactly see eye to eye on several topics. However, I found him to be a great guy & wish we had more time to BS about cars, wars, etc.

Just goes to show that no matter how much you may disagree in cyberworld, there's always common ground in real life.

Fint,
Thanks again for Lunch, next time it's on me!
Wait 'til we meet on th Dragon...you'll beg for the Stones

Procon is just a great guy...He has been helping me out with a project for several months and has been pretty much been left to make most of the decisions (many with serious financial repercussions) while I was halfway across the country...and/or world...and I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. He volunteered to help me out in spite of never meeting me in person...and being somewhat at odds politically. I just cannot say enough about the Pelican community....and Procon in partricular. I will certainly look for an opportunity to do future business with him...if he is interested. He is honest, hard working, and incredibly creative.
I also found him to be a great guy to talk to...with a great perspective on life. Heck, even my wife liked him....and she never likes my friends...and often...not me either. I wish we had more time... It was certainly nice to be in beautiful western North Carolina again! I might be looking for a vacation home there soon. Good luck on the Dragon with your new ride!

Didn't need the menu...I was wearing my "grouchy old man" disguise. Been busy with the new job and moving back to Albuquerque. I am still doing some work for the old job in Vegas to help them out and in between had to pull some reserve duty...so not much time for fun.
An old "war" injury has been bothering me a bit the last few weeks so...my activities have been limited.

Good luck next week...be careful and don't do anything that I wouldn't.
