Where's a good place to advertise a Mercedes-Benz for sale?
I don't want to push the limits by posting in the P-car for sale section but I am trying to help a friend sell his CLK 500. It's a very nice Southern California car and he's selling because he just bought a new convertible version.
Do you guys have any advice on where to post it? Is there a Mercedes "Pelican Parts" out there?

Thanks, I've done a lot of buying and selling on Craigslist. I'll definitely hit that site but I was looking for any other avenues.

have you considered going with autotrader or cars.com? I have a friend who tells me there are a lot of meat head ricer types on those forums.

OK I came up with an ad. Maybe you guys can critique (I know some of you love that) before I post it up on some of the usual suspects.
Mercedes CLK 500 For Sale Off the bat I can see that I need an engine compartment photo, a trunk photo, and an odometer photo. Any other things I need to change?

I posted our old ML320 on benzworld and autotrader. Got about 20 calls from the ad on autotrader. No real interest on benzworld.

I'll go ahead and post it on Autotrader. It looks like the pricing is in line with the other cars on Autotrader within 100 miles. There is some room in the price but it's not so high that people will think the owner is on crack. I've seen some seriously out of this world pricing lately on anything with an aircooled motor.
