I spent my 21st in Bamberg Germany, wasted on wine, beer, Apfelkorn, hash and Mandrax. Walked home leaning against buildings, running off balance in circles til my face hit the ground. I looked like I'd gone 12 rounds with "The Champ". Oh, those were the days.

Oh man...I have no recollection of making that post..at all. It's 2P here and I've _just_ woken up, with a raging headache, slurred speech and a weave to my walk. Why, I think I'm still drunk! It's weird though, because I have NO idea how I got home! I remember paying my bar bill, and then that's it. Handing the guy my card.

Oh man, it was great...I was at the bar's like PLEASE CARD ME, PLEASE CARD ME. Ended up getting 2 or 3 free shots out of the barkeep and then two random people bought me shots, and then I was ordering shots. It was very productive

I missed both my classes today, but that's not really a surprise. I didn't want to go to Computer Science lecture anyway:-P

Best Monday night ever? I think so! Best birthday, ever? Definitely yes.

I'm going back to bed!

Congratulations...May the day come that you realize that the bars don't go away. Meaning, you don't have to check them out every night to be sure they are there...

oh boy...i only remember part of turning 21 did go out twice, midnight and again at happy hour till closing. i don't think i paid for a single drink at the bars.

being the first of most my friends to hit the big 21, i had more fun braking in the rookies

prairie fires
cement mixers
oyster shooters

i know there were more but i have lost a few brain cells the last 19yrs.

the only cure for a hangover is to not have drunk anything the night before.

Gavin. YOu go boy!

Remind me of my frat days. When I turned 21 I got drunk and thrown naked in the campus pool. Good times.

Try to commerate the day with either a Great Lay or a Good Fight. Not trying to promote bad behavior: But trust me, when you get older, you will remember those days!!

Yep! Or when you sleep until 5:30PM, straight through your Calculus and Computer Science classes, and then when you DO wake up, you're so horribly hung over you can't study for your exams the next day? I failed my CS exam (programming part, the part I normally do well on...) and I *though* I failed my Geography exam. Got it back today and got an 85! Everyone else did horribly, so she's giving a 5pt curve:-D Niiicceee.

It's kind of amazing to be able to go out...and order a drink. And have it not matter whether or not you get carded. After fraternity meeting the other night I was doing some homework and decided I should call up to grab a beer...so we went and hit Happy Hour at Apple Bees. Only had 1 beer, but it was really weird to be able to order a drink.

Come the weekend, though, I didn't drink not 5 beers total. This weekend is going to be slow, also. Exams to study for, homework to do, bunch of fraternity stuff...anyhow, I'll stop rambling:-D

Speaking of picking ones self up off the floor, my room mate had some interesting stories (about me) for me relating to when I got home....lmao

You handled the twistys pretty well in my car when you were hung over. Maybe you were still drunk?

Funny, I do the water and Advil routine myself. Long hot shower in the morning with coffee and more water.

Before we went out for my 21st, my best friend suggested we drop by the local bail bondsman to leave a deposit. "It's good to establish that relationship before you really need it". Well, we didn't. We should have.

Happy Birthday Toady!

I gotta say, Mark - that was a bad one. All apologies.

I'm taking you to that kickass restaurant in March when I come out there, and this time, I'll be able to eat and talk and be interesting and everything.

At least she was really

Happy B-day Toady! I wish I could remember my 18th (different era) from many years ago...it's not "old age" that's the problem

Happy Birthday!!!

I got to do it twice in Texas. First when I turned 19 in 1986 and then again two years later when I turned 21 since the law had changed. I was living in Austin at the time so both nights were spent on 6th street. Ahhh... to be young, dumb, and full of... well you know the rest .
