I got a 3

I had been hunting and reading for awhile and this past monday finally pulled the trigger on a left over 2007 mazda 3. The car had been sitting on the lot for awhile and they knew that i knew this, so they cut me a deal at 300 UNDER invoice (meaning i was cutting into the dealer hold back). The car is a ton of fun to drive, feels precise and agile like my old 944, with massive brakes for an economy car. The color is galaxy gray.........

Excellent choice. The 3's truly push the upper limits of their class. A couple of things to watch out for.
Horrific brake shudder/squeal when in reverse after anytime the discs get wet. Glove box rattle. It happens to just about every 3.
Your rear brakes will dust about 5 times as much as the fronts.
Be careful with oil changes. The oil filter cap can crack the housing!
And I can't tell from the photos, but if yours came with Goodyear RSA's, they're crap. Most people suggest switching to Kumhos, I went with Yoko's and love them.

Other than these minor annoyances I love mine.

If you plan to Autocross it (they do very well in stock form) join Mazdaspeed and get big discounts.

Congrats! I like them a lot too and once the Audi lease is up and its gone and we feel a need to fill the void I will be at the Mazda dealership.

Great choice. I think it is head and shoulders the best value in its class.

My brother just got one like that, same color and all. They called him the day after he picked it up and wanted another $2000, the salesman made a mistake and under charged him. He just laughed at them, he loves the car though.

Sticker was 19,300 for mine. Out the door the final price with the deal i got was 18,500. This included TTL and all those crazy dealer fees.

Sounds like a good deal. I will caveat you to remember that there is the invoice, then there is the INVOICE...
