I think she can do it and probably just with her health care scam. Once she, and Bill, start paying people off and buying countries for their vote, get Bill in as the head of the UN, I am sure she can do it. GW didn't have the track record Hillary has and look what he did. If you put a pro in you can expect high quality pork.
