Jeff Beck's bass player
 

Yeah I could google it myself but I'm too buzzed on caffeine to think coherently and feeling lazy today.

Saw a concert on PBS, I think it was Eric Clapton's crossroads concert where he had a bunch of guitar legends come out and play a few songs each.

Jeff Beck came out and had this cute little blond bass player girl... looked to be all of fifteen years old (I'm sure she is older, but that is what it looked like). Anyway she totally shredded on the bass... made me want to throw my bass in the garbage.

She also looked very hot bouncing and giggling and getting all into the music... made me feel like a dirty old man. :p

I know we have some Jeff Beck fans here, anyone know who she is?

And what is amazing is that she has only been playing for 4 years. She's a good, basic, "not in the way" foundation player. And a nice touch on "Because we ended as lovers"...

Okay, even though I am over twice her age I don't feel so bad about getting a stiffy.

She really was jamming on the first song... dare I say she almost upstaged Jeff? :eek:

No kidding! I saw her too and she just blew me away! She just smoked. Beck gave her about a 2 minute solo and she just amazed me. Jeff seemed to be egging her on too throughout the songs. Awesome just awesome. Oh and cute too!

While somewhat true, this statement is a bit misleading. She has "only been playing" the bass guitar for 4 years. Prior to that, she was a guitarist, for I don't know how long.

From her MySpace page:

"Born in Sydney Australia, Tal has now lived in the US for over 5 years. She originally set foot on American soil as a guitar player, and four years ago, she started playing the bass guitar."

Either way, she is still pretty good, especially when you consider her age.
